Thanks for the reply.

I did this.... the identity in both horde and imp are set with a full
email address. It still fails and shows the same error message in the
log.

The message shows the correct userid but not the expanded email
address I defined. The userid is a valid email address on localhost,
so I don't understand why the reminder can't be sent?
