[kronolith] Kronolith not importing iCalendar files

When importing an ICalendar file kronolith says that it has imported the
file but nothing shows up in the database and therefore nothing is showing
on the calendar.  Even with error logging set to DEBUG I still don't see any
related log entires.

 

Possibly related:  Horde doesn't remember the last login time so every time
anyone logs in it say "Never" as last login.  Other horde prefs are kept
though (location, name, ect.)
