[kronolith] Write/Change access to external ics calendar

Ok, I'll try to summarize it (my English is not as good ...):

I need Horde 3.1 (I currently use 3.07) to have this webdav.php file
Then I have to apply the webdav_ical.patch from the bug ticket site.
So, If I make sure that I have http_webdav_server (pear) to the
whole thing should work - am I right?
