No, UserB is the owner of the calendar, not of the event. And this is
how it's displayed in the calendar.

This is true. The creatorID is necessary for correct evaluationn of
permissions, thus we need to set it to UserB if he is importing the
event. We don't have a field in the Kronolith database to store a
separate event organizer.
