No.

 From a user point of view, definitely. From a dev point of view,  
sure, if implemented nicely.

No, no infrastructure is currently there for that. Lots of thoughts  
about it and requests, though.

I would be strongly against storing this into in the event tables.  
Instead I'd have a bit of Horde-wide code that stored deferred  
reminders.

Well, in terms of Horde infrastructure there's a decent bit of work  
here. If the reminder infrastructure were already worked on, allowing  
dismissing them until later should be trivial. So basically you should  
offer what you think it's worth to you to have this done, while  
knowing that more means a higher likelyhood of it being done sooner.
