[kronolith] edit remote ics with sunbird/lightning

Jan,
I decided to try a different approach today and setup Sunbird to talk
to Kronolith. It appears it can read the ics file just fine, but
cannot update it. You mentioned below this is all functional. Is
there another set of patches to enable editing?
