[kronolith] Free/Busy Default Calendar Selection

Hello,

I first setup Horde Groupware 1.1 back in August, and was recently 
updating to a new install with 1.2.1.  I used to follow a guide to have 
Horde automatically select a user's free/busy calendar to be the 
default, so my users do not have to go into the options.  The guide's

In Horde Groupware 1.2.1, the file no longer exists and I can't find 
which file contains that function now.  Was it moved?  Or is there a 
better way to do this?
