[kronolith] Free/Busy Default Calendar Selection

This may not be the accepted way of doing it, but adding the following  
to turba/config/sources.php in the map array works for us:

'freebusyUrl' => array('fields' => array('__uid'),
                                                         'format' => 'https://example.com/kronolith/fb.php?u= 
%s'),
