Hello,

I would like to predefine categories for our site. I've seen this in prefs.php

$_prefs['event_categories'] = array(
    'value' => '',
    'locked' => false,

    'type' => 'implicit'
);
$_prefs['event_colors'] = array(

So, where should I create them now?
