Sorry, I could be wrong with CalDAV. What I use fine is Horde+Kronolith
with r/w synchronization with TB+Lightning via the iCalendar protocol
via HTTP.
I have set up a new remote calendar in Lightning with a URL like:
https://<mysite>/horde/rpc.php/kronolith/<myuser>/<myuser>.ics
And that works fine r/w.
I'll look after the docs I followed...
