Logically I absolutely agree but in terms of usability I'll change that 
for my users from white to green as white confuses them.

But if a required attendee is busy at hour N shouldn't N's cell be
displayed in red in Overview section? Currently I see white there for 
both All and Required attendees.

PS. I use latest release.
