[kronolith] Notification of declined events.

Would there happen to be a way to be notified by email when someone has 
accepted or declined an event?  Turning on "Choose if you want to be 
notified of new, edited, and deleted events by email" doesn't seem to 
help.  Event accepted and declined emails might be nice.  It would be 
really nice if you could also choose to only have email notification for 
the ones that you created or be able to turn it on/off for specific 
events.  Thank you.
