[kronolith] Try to migrate horde3-kronolith to horde 4/kronolith

Hello,

I try to upgrade horde3 including kronolith to horde/kronolith.

In my first try I did a mistake and all my appointments and  
adressbooks are gone. I figure out I forgot to migrate share  
configuration from datatree to sql.

So I start a complete rollback to Horde 3. After that, I run: all  
convert_datatree scripts and I want to do a second trial.
Now my shares are migrated to sql backend.

At a next step I go the admin screen and I want to run the databbase  
migration again - but horde say: All schemas are up to date. This is a  
miracle, because I roll back!

After that I try to go the horde-db-migration -> it shows me some  
information but nothing about migration. Also some additional fieds  
ie. event_url in kronolith is missing. If I do a check in  
kronolith/migration I found 9_kronolith_upgrade_addurl.php. I think  
this script has to add the event_url bit nothing happend.

There is also the same problem with some fields in turba.

Any Idea?
