[kronolith] Kronolith not updating calendar names

Hello,

Using Horde fullname hook with LDAP backend,

$_prefs['fullname']['locked']=true;
$_prefs['fullname']['hook']=true;

When changing fullname of a user in LDAP, Kronolith doesn't update the 
calendar name displayed in Kronolith while fullname in Imp is correctly 
updated. Looks like attribute_name in kronolith_sharesng table is not 
updated.
