[kronolith] Kronolith not updating calendar names

Correct. These are just the default calendar names that are used when  
*creating* the calendars. Of course we won't change any calendar names  
- that may have been edited by the users - if the user's name changes.  
Not to mention we won't even notice when this happens.
IMP works exactly the same way, as soon as the user edits and saves  
his identity.
