[kronolith] Event times suggestion - month view

Hello, horde devs:

I'd like to make a suggestion. Since screen space is of the essence, I 
think it would be nice if only the *start* time was displayed in the 
month view. Most of the time, what we really want to know is at what 
time the event will begin. That way the month view can be more efficient 
and display more about the event title and less '...'.
