[kronolith] Kronolith 4.0.5 Date_Holidays not working

Thank you for your response, Jan.  I tried taking that single line and  
applying it to the same line in 4.0.5, but it didn't work.  Tried  
multiple times with new installs on a test server.  I can't upgrade to  
4.1, yet, so I'll either downgrade to 4.0.4, or live with this until I  
can upgrade.

Well actually, I haven't looked at the dependencies for Kronolith 4.1  
yet, but I have assumed that it depends on horde 5.1.
