[kronolith] Errors syncing iPhone with CalDAV

Hello,

with latest Horde/Kronolith/IMP the CalDAV sync with iOS works  
basically. What does not work until now in our tests is the follwoing:

1.) Event changes not done on the Phone but in Kronolith or some other  
calendar frontend are not synced to the Phone until a complete restart  
of the Phone. It looks like the Phone does different things at sync  
time and after a restart??

2.) Events created with a timezone set are off by two hours when  
synced to the Phone. This applys even for events created on the Phone.  
If the timezone in the database is empty, for example with events  
created in Kronolith the times are fine on the Phone also. Maybe iOS  
expect all time UTC when using CalDAV??

With Thunderbird/Lightning it looks much better, we have not yet found  
a bigger problem with this release.

Would be nice if someone  can confirm/comment.
