[kronolith] Event alarm not being received.

Dear List,

Event alarms are not being received by the calender owner 'A' under the
following criteria.

User 'A' has shared his calender with user 'B' for all purposes.

User 'B' is basically a Personal Assistant to user 'A'.

User 'B' is adding the events for user 'A'  in User 'A' calender. 

User 'A' is able to see the events added in his calender and it also shows
that the owner is 'B'.

In this scenario, User 'A' gets daily agenda but event reminders (alarm
before event starts) are not received by mail. 

Can anybody confirm this, or, this is specific to our setup?
