[kronolith] Kronolith 4.2.3 calender shared with everyone

It depends on your backend configuration. Check the Shares tab of the  
Horde configuration to see if you are using SQL or SQL-NG.

The CREATOR permission is the culprit. It allows everybody to create  
events in his calendar.
