[kronolith] Email notifications from each meeting attendee when event is created

Dear All,

I'm running Kronolith 4.2.9. I have 4 Outlook 2013 users using a
CalDAV plugin to sync their calendars and shared calendars into OL
calendar folders.

If a user creates an event and invites some other users, each one of
those users will get an email notification ('<user> wishes to make you
aware of <meeting>') from each one of the attendee's. For example:

User1 creates event, invites User2,User3,User4.
User1 gets an email notification from User2,User3,User4 '<user> wishes
to make you aware of <meeting>'
User2 gets an email notification from User1,User3,User4 '<user> wishes
to make you aware of <meeting>'
User3 gets an email notification from User1,User2,User4 '<user> wishes
to make you aware of <meeting>'
User4 gets an email notification from User1,User2,User3 '<user> wishes
to make you aware of <meeting>'

There's no 'notification' setting (I can find) in OL2013 - it appears
to be server-generated.

Am I missing an option for this in the admin pages?

Many thanks,

Tim
