Any libraries within a major version should be backwards compatible.  
So, while you may lose the benefit of bug fixes, other upgraded  
libraries/applications should not prevent you from running with an  
older version of Kronolith within the same major version. The one  
thing you should do is to make sure that you migrate back any database  
migrations in kronolith that were run between the two versions (if  
any, not sure if there were any off hand). Though be VERY careful to  
understand the horde-db-migrate command you will run before you do it,  
you can easily erase all of kronolith's data if not careful.
