[kronolith] How can I delete the shared calendar?

Hello and sorry for the delay.
The second calendar with the same name came from the mistake that I
logged in with capital letters.
The user is called *calendar*. After I logged in with *Calendar
*(capitalized), I now have this shared calendar within the account.
