[mnemo] Memos or notes?

A great move. We currently place a bunch of how to's in our
shared email folders, but it is still just a shared email
folder and not quite what we are looking for. What would be
nice is if you would allow Notes to be kept in flat file format
such as a .doc, .xls, .pdf files. Something like gollem I
supopse but with sharing capabilities.

Memos are now called Notes and a collection of Notes is called a Notepad. 

This has largley been just a UI change so far... the code needs to be
changed to
reflect this change. It's on my todo list but hasn't been started yet...
