[mnemo] "Warning: Undefined offset: 1 ..."

Hello...

I've just installed Horde with all the stable packages... everything is working 
fine with two exceptions, on with mnemo and one with nag. (This is the mnemo 
bug, obviously.)

The error comes from when you try to add a new note (mnemo/memo.php?
actionID=101) . In the "category" section the following comes up: "Warning: 
Undefined offset: 1 in /var/horde/mnemo/lib/Mnemo.php on line 99". Also, the 
only category in the selection list is "Unfiled" (work and home are gone).

Also, the error for nag is very similar, with the same symptoms. (It's on line 
91 though.)

Specs:

PHP: 4.1.2
Horde: 2.2.3
Mnemo: 1.1

Any help you can give would be appreciated.
