Well the sieve app took a bit of a beating today and it's in a much better shape
that it usage to be. 

Now have a blacklist and vacation options and the script view is on a separate
page. Also has menus and graphics etc. 

Still haven't added the backend to update the sieve server but i'll get around
to it eventually.

I'm happy for this to go into CVS if there's interest.
