Solved: [sork] Passwd mod with imp3 probs

Thanks for your help guys.
You led me in the right direction about "paths".
I had my passwd folder in /usr/share/horde2/
and it was looking for it in /etc/
I renamed the folder to passwd2 and copied into /etc/
Reset the registry.php to point to passwd2 instead of just passwd.

Worked like a hot damn.
