[sork] New releases of accounts, forwards, vacation

I've just cut the following new releases:

accounts 2.0.1 minor bug fixes, remove site specific names, add more locales

forwards 2.1   new driver based system, cleanup html code and file layout,
               more locales, more default usernames filtered, bug fixes.

vacation 2.1   new driver based system, add real database files instead of
               /dev/null, more locales, html code cleanup, better temp file
               handling, bug fixes.

I've not yet cut a new release of the passwd module.   Hopefully I'll get to
that soon also.

These should all be backwards compatible to Horde 2.0 and 2.1 release versions,
though I've only tested them with 2.1 so far.
