[sork] license?

Horde is LGPL; I don't know that it would inherit.

All of the files should have a header that looks like this:

/**
 * $Horde: $
 *
 * Copyright 2002 Author <author@horde.org
 *
 * See the enclosed file LICENSE for license information (BSD). If you
 * did not receive this file, see http://www.horde.org/bsdl.php.
 */

The license bit is appropriate to the sork license, but should be adjusted 
of course for any apps under different licenses.
