First, if not on the list already, join the sork mailing list.  Info at
http://lists.horde.org/ and http://www.horde.org/mail/

Next, What version of passwd are you running?  And last, maybe you could
post the section of your conf.php file, being sure to remove any passwords
or other sensitive info in it, so we can check the config?
