[sork] vacation overwriting .forward

Again (my last advertisement was http://lists.horde.org/archives/sork/Week-of-Mon-20021007/000338.html), I would like to direct your attention to my remake of forwards and vacation, which among other things deals with this issue.

It includes a simple parser, which will warn the user if he is trying to overwrite a 'strange' forward-file.

I also made a couple of other changes, which HEAD might benefit from embodying.   I hope you (Eric) will get time to look it though.
