Enable ftp server on machine B and restrict it to only accept
connections from Machine A. Install ftp server on Machine A and
restrict it to the loopback address. Install vacation module and vacation
program on Machine A. Install vacation program (but not module) on Machine B.
Configure Machine A's vacation module to use the ftp driver for both
Machine A (via localhost) and Machine B (via network). Voila.

Notes:

* Assumes no shell logins to machine A.
* Assumes plain text password sending between machines is not an issue.
