[sork] New Passwd Release Candidate Available

A new passwd release candidate is available as passwd-2.2-RC2.

This release candidate is the last in a series of steps preparing for
the final, production level release.  Testing is requested and comments
are encouraged.

Major changes since Release Candidate 1 include:

* Fixes to the expect driver.
* Fixes to the servuftp driver.
