Known problem with the sql and vpopmail drivers in passwd 2.2 version.

No one tested this before it was released. See the mailing list archives
for a patch to vpopmail, and apply something similar to sql. Or, wait
for the next release once I get this all worked out. Or, downgrade to
passwd 2.1
