[sork] can set a forward

It is only in Horde 2.2 and higher (meaning 2.2, 2.2.1, and CVS).

I didn't catch that, and no caught it in testing, otherwise we would have
backported it to earlier Horde versions.
 
So, either:

* Upgrade your horde to 2.2.1
* Downgrade forwards to 2.1 (if it even has qmail support?)
* Wait until I release a new version with better backwards compatability.
