[sork] [passwd] small patch regarding username with an @

There is a hook to change this behaviour if you need it done differently.

Most people only have one @ sign, so the patch doesn't seem to help 99% of
the user base.  Very few people have more than one @ sign in their logins.

Have you tried using the hook instead?
