config/conf.php.dist patch:
I've added some usernames which should be included in the list of blocked
usernames. The first five is users found on every Solaris-machine, the last
two are commonly used by people running Exim and/or some virtual domain
mail-setup

main.php.patch:
Fix so users can see if keeplocal is enabled.

templates/main/main.inc.patch
Check the checkbox if keeplocal is enabled
