[sork] password change not working

Hi

I have set up passwd and installed and configured
poppassd to enable password to be changed.  The form
works fine and tests on password strengh works ok. 
The problem I am encountereing is that the form give
confirmation that the password has been changed but it
does not actually change it.

The versions in use are:
Horde: 2.2.3 
IMP: 3.2.1
Turba: 1.2 
Kronolith: 1.1 
Mnemo: 1.1 
Nag: 1.1 
Passwd: 2.2 
Accounts: 2.1 
Forwards: 2.2 
Vacation: 2.2
