[sork] Vacation not forwarding

I'm running Vacation version 2.2 on Horde 2.2.4, whenever I attempt to set a vacation message with an additional forward address, the forwarding address isn't set.  I am using the .forward driver, and whenever I do set an email address as what it is to forward to, the .forward file appears like this:

\user, "|/usr/bin/vacation user"

But it won't add the second entry for the forwarding address.  Any ideas?
