I used "pear install ..." to re-install all the PEAR modules needed for Horde to
work properly (verified that through test.php) and still got the same error
message above. Redhat ships with PHP-4.3.2 and my question is this:

Is the quota script version-specific? Platform-dependent?
What mix of OS, PHP is reported to work?
Could it be that the patch provided earlier did not do the trick?
