[sork] Error when using vacation or forwarding service

Hello.. I am trying to use the vacation and forwarding service.  When I
attempt to set either I get an error.  This is the message...

Failure in modifying vacation notice: tempnam() failed!

Any idea what is causing this and how to clear it up?
