OK, I've got a working solution based on IMP 3.2.x and vacation 2.2.

Install them normaly and after get forwards.php (v1.5.2.4), Driver.php 
(v1.2.2.3) and main.php (v1.1.1.1.2.7) from cvs 
http://cvs.horde.org/cvs.php/vacation

Replace original files with them (vacation/main.php, 
vacation/lib/Driver.php and vacation/lib/Driver/forwards.php)

Now, it will work for 1 alias (the driver set "-a" only for the first 
aliase).
To correct this, you can apply this patch 
http://www.corbeau.ws/ressources/patches/vacation-unofficial-patch-forwards.php-1.5.2.4

cd vacation/lib/Driver
patch forwards.php < vacation-unofficial-patch-forwards.php-1.5.2.4

or download the corrected file
wget 
http://www.corbeau.ws/ressources/patches/forwards.php-1.5.2.4-unofficial

Now, you can entry aliases in the field separated by spaces.
