[sork] FORWARD function doesn't work

I have Fedora Core 2 with sendmail 8.12.11 using mail account. I setup horde
forwards to create a .forward file under the user home directory. The file
permission is rw------- with user:user's group. But sendmail can't process
the .forward, with error saying:
foward /home/user/.forward Group writable directory

Can any one help me on this?
