[sork] Vacation 2.2.1 - Failure in modifying vacation notice: Could not login - check password!

I have installed Vacation 2.2.1 and all seems to be working until I try and
set a vacation Notice when I get the error message - Failure in modifying
vacation notice: Could not login - check password!

I must have missed something in the configuration but I can't see what can
anyone help?
