[sork] passwd interface disappears

I have setup horde groupware webmail 1.0.1 + passwd 3.0.1 for vmaildomains
and I wanted to 

activate the change password. But when I edit the backends.php 'Example SQL
Server' to fit my database 

the change password interface disappears

 

Could you give a hand on this
