[sork] Downloading and Installing Sork on Horde Groupware 5.1.4

In effect I checked Ingo contains both vacation and forwards modules, thank you.
The problem is that in my case, as site manager, I have no the corresponding rules under Mail -> Filters
(only whitelist/blacklist ones instead). How can I enable them?
