[sync] Sync with iPAQ h4100 - Part 2

Hi,

I used the version 1.18 of (in the framework) XML/WBXML/Decoder.php and this
solved all my problems with libwbxml (The problem seem to be because of
proc_open() but I'm not sure).

Now, I whould like to know what kinds of synchronisations are working or
(contacts, events, tasks, ..), so that I could debug or help you to implement
those who aren't working.

The client I used is : Synthesis SyncML client PRO v2.1.0.3
