[sync] Sync fails with T610

OK. That´s a point. Still - isn´t, for example, the file syncml_client_0.xml
suppposed to be ASCII? From what I understand,

syncml_client_0.wbxml is some binary format whereas
syncml_client_0.xml is the corresponding ASCII/XML presentation.

In my case *both* contain strange characters.

I am using FreeBSD and I could not find any wbxml2xml library suitable for that
system. Are the utitlities xml2wbxml and wbxml2xml really necessary? Does
anyone know where to find those for FreeBSD 4.X?
