[sync] Clearing out syncml history

Sorry should have said - MySQL backend.

I ended up just deleting all the rows in turba_objects and kronolith_events 
with my name on them.

That was enough for it to work successfully with my motorola A1000 (a UIQ 
based phone but with an internal GPS)
