[sync] update on syncing with Nokia

Hi,

some progress on syncing with nokia:

The DevInf data sent by the phone makes extensive use of the wbxml 
stringTable feature, unlike every other wbxml packet seen so far. Our 
implementation for these stringTables was very clever, but very buggy as 
well. This resulted in an error message like this:

I rewrote the stringTable handling. Now less clever but more robust.

The protocol works now. I managed to sync calendar and notes with a 
nokia 6230. There are still some issues, see

I hope to fix this soon. (And the mess in services/portal/syncml.php as 
well...)
